Philadelphia Union defeated Sporting Kansas City 4-3 on Saturday night at Sporting Park, erasing a three-goal deficit to extend their MLS unbeaten streak to 11 matches. After Sporting Kansas City scored three times in the opening 16 minutes, the Union responded with four goals in an eight-minute span in the second half. Forward Bruno Damiani started the comeback in the 64th minute, Homegrown midfielder Cavan Sullivan scored in the 66th, forward Milan Iloski scored in the 68th, and a Sporting Kansas City own goal in the 73rd completed the comeback. With the win, the Union tied the club record for the longest MLS unbeaten streak and jumped to sixth place in the Eastern Conference with 36 points.
The Union return home to face Orlando City at Subaru Park on Saturday, September 26 (7:30Â p.m. ET / Apple TV).
