Philadelphia Union defeated San Diego FC 5-0 at Snapdragon Stadium on Sunday night. Homegrown midfielder Cavan Sullivan opened the scoring just before halftime, extending his streak with a goal contribution to seven consecutive matches. Sullivan doubled the lead in the 62nd minute with his second goal of the night, becoming the second player aged 16 or younger in MLS history to record a brace. Forward Bruno Damiani added a third before a San Diego own goal made it 4-0. Seventeen-year-old Homegrown forward Malik Jakupovic scored his first MLS goal to cap the 5-0 win. With the victory, the Union moved into seventh place in the Eastern Conference with 33 points. 

The Union are on the road to face Sporting KC at Sporting Park on Saturday, September 16 (8:30 p.m. ET / Apple TV).
