Philadelphia Union today announced that defender Ian Glavinovich suffered a torn meniscus in his right knee during the Saturday, April 5th, match versus Orlando City SC. Glavinovich had a successful surgical procedure performed on Tuesday, April 8th, to repair the torn meniscus, and has already begun the recovery process.
The club sends its support to Ian and wishes him a speedy and successful recovery. We look forward to Ian being back on the pitch with his teammates.
