Playing in his first eMLS Tournament, Philadelphia Union esports competitor ThiagoCapo12 kept his cool and showed he isn't a rookie as he advanced to the eMLS League Series One presented by Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Bracket with an unbeaten run in the Group Stage.
Thiago kicked off Group B play with a 2-2 draw against Eastern Conference rival New York City FC before firing off a 5-0 rout against the Columbus Crew. The third contest of the afternoon in New York City saw the Union gamer battle to a 1-1 draw against the LA Galaxy before punching his ticket to the single-elimination bracket via a 4-3 victory against Nashville SC.
The results were good enough for ThiagoCapo12 to finish second in the group which will see him seeded No. 11 and will take on reigning eMLS Cup Champion PauloNeto on Sunday.
