Lineup notes

  • Head Coach Bradley Carnell sticks with the same lineup that defeated New York Red Bulls, 2-0, on Saturday night at Subaru Park.
  • The last time the Union used the same starting XI in back-to-back matches was May 10 (Columbus) and May 14 (LA Galaxy).
  • Tonight's match is the second meeting in 2025 between the Union and CF Montreal, with Philly grabbing a 2-1 road win on May 3rd. Indiana Vassilev scored in the second minute with Mikael Uhre entering as a second-half substitute and getting the game-winning goal in the 84th.
  • With the start tonight, defender Nathan Harriel will become the second homegrown in club history to reach 100 MLS appearances. Harriel joins teammate Quinn Sullivan who reached that milestone earlier this season.
  • Forward Mikael Uhre makes the matchday roster for the first time since May 31st at FC Dallas.
