Philadelphia Union App

First things first, let’s get you an account created. That’ll allow you to hook up your tickets, save your preferences, and even upload a fun little profile picture. Here’s how:

1. Click on the More icon in the bottom right corner
2. On the menu, click on "Fan Profile"
3. Click the “Register” button
4. Complete the form and click the “Next” button
5. You will be directed to add additional information. Click submit and you're in!

Fans coming to Subaru Park will be able to scan in with the Philadelphia Union App. Connecting to your SeatGeek account through the app couldn't be easier and once you do it once, you'll have direct access to all your tickets.

How to access your tickets

1. Open the Philadelphia Union App
2. Tap "Tickets" at the bottom of the app or scroll down on the homepage and tap "Access My Tickets"
3. Sign in with your SeatGeek credentials

The Philadelphia Union App's mobile wallet is the new and only way for our Season Ticket Members to use their 10% discount at concessions and merchandise stands throughout Subaru Park. 

How to access your Mobile Wallet

1. Open the Philadelphia Union App
2. Tap "More" on the bottom right-hand side
3. Tap "My Wallet" at the top

2. Tap "Tickets" on the bottom bar
3. Tap "Access Mobile Wallet"

How To Load Your Mobile Wallet

To help speed up the process, be sure to load money on prior to arriving or paying in order to receive the 10% off. You must have enough money in your mobile wallet for your purchase in order to activate your STM discount.

1. Once in the Mobile Wallet, tap the plus sign icon (+) in the top right-hand corner.
2. Tap "Purchase Loaded  Value"
3. Select how much money you would like to add and tap "Select Payment"
4. Tap "Add new payment method" and then "Credit/Debit Card"
5. Enter the information for the card you would like to use to add money
6. Select that card and tap "Continue"

The Philadelphia Union app has a lot of power and sometimes shortcuts are handy to have around which is why we created Your Top 5 buttons for the homepage for you to easily navgitate to your favorite items. The app is already set up with a few suggestions but here is how to those preferences:

1. On the homepage, scroll to the top and click "EDIT"
2. In the pop up, you must unclick any item you do not want.
3. To replace an item, click on the button you wish to add to your Top 5.
4. Please note you cannot have more than 5 icons selected at any time.
5. When you've selected your favorites, click on "Accept"

Next up, flip those notifications on. Decide if you want to receive breaking team news, in-game updates, special deals and more. While you’re there, you can also enable your location sharing. We won’t use it for anything creepy, we promise. We’ll only use it for things like sending you location-based alerts and offers if you’re at Subaru Park, for example. Here’s how to manage those preferences:

1. Click on the More icon in the bottom right corner
2. On the menu, click on "Fan Profile"
3. Scroll down and you'll see settings to enable or disable different categories of push notifications and location-based alerts.
