How to Earn Rewards Points
There are so many exciting ways to earn rewards points this season all through the Philadelphia Union App.
Daily Loyalty Bonus – 10 Points
Access Union Rewards once per day. Check back tomorrow to earn again!
Watch 3 Videos – 25 points
Earn points by watching videos in the Union app! Fans can achieve points for this achievement once per month
Download App – 50 points
Here are some points, just for downloading the app!
Attendance Streak Bonus – 50 points
Earn some extra points for maintaining an attendance streak of 3 or more games! Please give a few days for the points to show in your account.
Access Rewards – 100 points
Here are some points, just for accessing the rewards page!
Buy Merch on MLSStore.com – 100 points
Spend $100 or more on merch at the Philadelphia Union online store (mlsstore.com) and earn 100 points. Please note: fans can earn points for this achievement once per month and points will be rewarded once per month.
Refer a friend – 100 points
Earn points for referring a friend to the Union Loyalty Program!
Attend a Home Game – 100 points
Attend a home game and earn points! Please note: points are awarded per account and not per seat. The SeatGeek account holder will receive 100 pints it at least 1 ticket on the account scans into a game. Points will be awarded within a few days of the game.
Become a Partial Plan Holder – 500 points

How to Redeem your Rewards Points
The best way to use your points is by redeeming Rewards in the app! Do this by opening the app, clicking “Loyalty” at the bottom of the screen, and then clicking on “redeem.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Do my Rewards Points carry over to the following season?
Rewards points are valid only during the season they are earned and do not carry over to the following season. Your last opportunity to redeem points will be for the first game of the next season, so be sure to use them before then. There will also be chances to use your earned points during the offseason!
What should I do if I am missing points or my Rewards Page isn’t working properly?
Please contact your dedicated Union Fan Service Representative and they will be happy to help resolve the issue. You can contact Fan Services at 1-877-21-UNION (press 1 for Tickets, then 4 Fan Services) or by e-mail at FanServices@philadelphiaunion.com.
How soon can I expect my points to show on my account after I earn them?
Most points should be reflected on your account within 2-3 days after you have earned them. If you do not see your points added within that timeframe, please contact your Fan Service Representative.
How will I know if there is a Reward available?
After navigating to the “Redeem” section of the Loyalty Program, select the reward you would like to redeem. If the “Redeem Now” option is available, that is how you know the reward is available for redemption!
