ABOUT PDP:

Player Development Program (PDP) delivers Philadelphia Union's modern soccer methodology and innovative player education to small groups and one-on-one training. This program offers a tailored approach for individual players, from beginners to the elite level. Our coaches hold USSF, FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, and/or United Soccer Coaches certifications. We understand that each player has their individual needs, and the goal of this program is to reach each player in the best way possible.

This program is designed to improve each player’s technical and tactical ability through focused, high-repetition training. Sessions emphasize key technical skills, including passing, receiving, shooting, and ball mastery, while also developing general awareness and position-specific understanding. Training is tailored to address the individual needs of each player, with each session lasting one hour.
